Get a marketing message campaign

One marketing message campaign's metadata, in the **same shape as a list item** (`GET /ad-accounts/{adAccountId}/campaigns`) — so callers holding just a `campaignId` don't have to page an ad account's list. Fetched live from Meta. Returns `404` when the id doesn't resolve on Meta **or** resolves to a non-message campaign — this surface is message campaigns only, matching the list's filter.

Create a marketing message campaign in this ad account. Meta creates the campaign, ad set, ad and creative together in one call.

Update a marketing message campaign

Update a marketing message campaign — rename it, pause / reactivate it, change its budget, or rename its ad / ad set. At least one of `name` / `status` / a budget field is required.
